Prof. C. ARUL VENKADESH holds M.B.A in Human Resources and Marketing from Anna University, Chennai. He also has another M.B.A in Entrepreneurship Development from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore. He holds post graduate diploma in “Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labor Welfare” from Coimbatore Productivity Council, Coimbatore. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Catering Science & Hotel Management from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore. Presently he is doing his doctorate under Anna University of Technology, Chennai on a part-time basis. He is a former CEO of Blue Dell Infotech an I.T. enabled services unit. His industrial experience cover a wide range on which includes Max new York life Insurance, Taj Connemara Hotel, Hi-tech Printing & Publishing Ltd, AgogZen Infotech Pvt. Ltd and Sri Venkateswara group of Institutions as an MBA faculty. Assistant Professor CIET, Head MBA External Relations at Rathinam Institute of Management. He has excelled his skills in the areas namely Communication Skills, Personality Development, management games, recruitment, training, marketing, and research. He also worked as corporate advisor for Weblite soft-tech an ITeS and consultancy firm. Taking teaching as a career Prof. Arul Venkadesh has extensively presented 19 papers in National level, 9 papers in International level Conferences, 6 paper publications and 13 National and International Journal paper publications in Business development, Green marketing, human resources, information technology and Management. Also he has Published 23 e-articles in the areas of information technology, e-Business, Safety management, Human resource, Disaster management, rural insurance and Green marketing. He has attended 17 FDPs and delivered 13 guest lectures in various corporate and institutions. He has been actively participated in various other Institution’s academic programmes organized by CII, CMA, CPC etc., also he acted as a Chief guest for Yuva 2011 at Nehru Institute of Management studies. Special guest at SNS college of technology. Also as a Rapporteur at Nehru Institute of Technology for an International conference on Innovative practices in global business. He also holds membership in professional bodies like Coimbatore Management Association, Coimbatore productivity council, Jeevan trust,Erode. He has won Best social service award for the year 2013 from Jeevan Social Service Trust. Also he has been honoured as King of communications for the Academic year 2011-13. Best Faculty awards at Rathinam Institution.
