With 22 years of experience gathered from pharmaceutical sales and marketing ( MNC and Domestic Pharma companies) in the area of Direct Selling, Customer Interface, Channel Partners Management, Market Research, Data Science, Market Development, Retail Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Building Brands, SFE, L&D, Team Building, Leadership, Business Compliance, KOL / KBL Development, Mid Career shift to academics in the year 2018. Since then i have transformed to be a educator. At present working as an Assistant Professor at DJ Academy for Managerial Excellence in Coimbatore (A Stand-alone-B School) managed by LMW (Lakshmi Machine Works) one of India's largest Business Conglomerate. LMW is one of the top three textile machinery manufacturer in the world.

My area of interest are Consumer Behavior, Marketing Management, Supply Chain, Distribution Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, Strategic Management, Effective & Responsible Communication Skills, Digital Marketing.

I am a fitness enthusiast, through my cycling club encourage the people to improve the level of fitness and health benefits of regular cycling. I Always take initiatives to visit schools and address the students in the topic "Common Teenage Problems". Love to listen to Less Brown's you tube videos. Books that keeps me inspiring are Whale done, One Minute Manager, 7 Habits of highly effective people, Eat that frog, How to win friends and influence people, Wings of Fire.

In my opinion we decide our destiny, all we need is passion, preparation, practice, persistence, having mentors and need to have empathy. Be optimistic because tomorrow will not be the same as today.
