Knowledge is essential for success at work but without Communication, all of it goes down the drain. Likewise, communication is important to convey ideas but with no knowledge it just doesn't make sense.

How do you balance both? The answer is we have to polish both our knowledge as well as communication. My key skill is to help understand the most difficult things in the most easiest of ways. Knowledge of different slangs & accents is the need of hour. English is not about fast speaking.

It is to get the right pronunciation at the right place. I don't believe in traditional form of teaching because it puts limitations on the student's ability to think. I believe all students are equally good and often we tend to overlook some of their traits which are important for developing their overall personality.

My classes encourage stupid kids to come on the front row.
