I have completed Diplomo in Scientific Yoga Certification in the year 2019. I'm a YCB certified trainer & RPL certified trainer and personal trainer. And I'm a National Yoga Refree under Tamilnadu Yogasana Association. For Kids, I'm giving competition asanas, basic asanas, advanced asanas and pranayama for their healthy life. For Adults, I'm taking classes according to their enquiries like thyroid problems, PCOD\PCOS, Diabetes so and so. I was taking online and offline classes. -> Online Individual and Group Classes are available. -> Offline Individual And Group Classes are available.
