Teaching for me is not just a profession — it is a calling shaped by passion, experience, and purpose. My journey began in the BPO sector, where I developed strong communication skills, professionalism, and organizational discipline. However, deep within, my true passion was always education — especially working with young children. That passion guided me into the field of teaching, where I have now dedicated 10 years to primary education.Over the years, I discovered my heart truly belongs to Kindergarten and Montessori education. I strongly believe that early childhood is the foundation stage where curiosity is nurtured, independence is built, and lifelong learning begins. With this conviction, I specialized in Montessori methodology and embraced its child-centered philosophy. Driven by my commitment to empower educators, I founded my own Montessori Teacher Training Centre, which is now successfully running its second year. Through this initiative, my role extends beyond teaching children — I mentor aspiring teachers, guide them in practical Montessori methods, and help shape confident, skilled educators who can transform classrooms into joyful learning spaces. My ambition is clear and purposeful — to establish an International Montessori School integrated with STEM education for Kindergarten children. My vision is to create a learning environment where traditional Montessori values meet modern scientific exploration, fostering creativity, critical thinking, innovation, and independence from the early years. I believe education must evolve with time while preserving strong foundational principles, and my future goal is to build an institution that reflects this balance — nurturing not just academically strong children, but confident, compassionate, and future-ready individuals.
