I am an experienced Tamil teacher and online tutor with over 30 years of teaching experience. I have been teaching Tamil to students through classroom, home tuition, and online sessions, helping learners from different academic backgrounds build strong language skills with confidence.

I hold a Master’s degree in Tamil Literature working extensively with CBSE, IGCSE, and international curricula like Malaysia, Singapore, UAE etc. In addition to teaching, I have also contributed to curriculum development, including the creation of Tamil textbooks and structured learning materials aligned with the IGCSE syllabus.

My key skills include concept-based teaching, grammar clarity, reading and writing development, exam-oriented preparation, and personalized lesson planning. I am skilled in adapting lessons based on a student’s grade, learning pace, and level of understanding. I also use modern online teaching tools, visual explanations, guided practice, and regular assessments to ensure effective learning in online sessions.

Over the years, I have successfully helped students improve their academic performance, writing skills, comprehension, and confidence in Tamil. Many of my students have shown noticeable progress in exams as well as in spoken and written communication. I have also guided students in creative writing, poetry, prose appreciation, and cultural activities, encouraging a deeper appreciation for the Tamil language.
