Hi, I am Kaviya CP, I am a passionate and dedicated Bharatanatyam instructor and choreographer with strong academic and performance credentials. I am proud to have secured Trichy Topper in the Lateral Level Examination, which reflects my deep theoretical and practical knowledge of Bharatanatyam. I am also a B-Grade Artist of Doordarshan, which has given me the opportunity to present classical dance performances on a prestigious national platform. This recognition has strengthened my commitment to maintaining high artistic standards in both performance and teaching. With several years of training and teaching experience, I have conducted and performed in numerous solo kacheris, showcasing traditional margam, thematic presentations, and devotional repertoire. My performances reflect strong abhinaya, precise adavus, and a deep understanding of nattuvangam and choreography. I Focus on: Strong foundation in basics (adavus & araimandi posture) Proper theory knowledge (Natyashastra concepts, mudras, talas) Abhinaya development Stage confidence and expression Discipline and dedication in classical training I am now interested in conducting online Bharatanatyam classes for students in India and abroad. My online classes will include: Structured syllabus for beginners to advanced levels Individual attention and corrections Theory sessions along with practical training Preparation for exams and performances Flexible batch timings I am committed to preserving the purity of Bharatanatyam while making learning engaging and accessible for students worldwide.
