I have been privileged to receive both national and international recognition for my contributions to educational leadership, school improvement, and equitable access to quality education. I was honored with the SOF Best Principal Award for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry Zone for two consecutive years (2012–13 and 2013–14) and was also recognized as the SOF Best Principal of Erode District for excellence in school leadership. I received Letters of Appreciation from the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, in recognition of my dedicated service and contributions to education. I have also had the honor of representing India internationally in the Access and Equity in Education Program in the United States, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education. Following this, I was selected to represent India at an international workshop on Access and Equity in Education in Madeira, Portugal.
