You can fix your fee structure either Subject wise or hourly rate Rs.350 per hour + expenses spent on transport (If you are home tutor) Or Rs. 3000 per subject monthly. (4 hrs per week = 16 hrs per month)

Thus it is different for different teachers and thus you should charge the rate you truly deserve based on your educational experience and background.
