Govt employee, and having a 10 years of experience as a home tutor

it is better to check how the concept may explained,that is if the tutor explain the concept with generalized,practical ,daily life used example are there then he is good .we want to check thinking ability and imaginary capability of the tutor. that's only create an interest to your children.
