This absolute 0 k or can say -273.15 °c is coldest temperature and beyond this no atmospheric temp is possible because particles at this temperature will not have any heat energy , particles or atoms got freezed at one position.

We cant even reach 0k , and at tempreture less tha 0 , the entropy of the system will be zero, and the particle stop moving.
