I KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN.

Each of the newtonian law holds good, but we have to apply a pseudo force before using f=ma in an accelerated frame of reference.

The very definition of inertial frame is that it is the frame where Newton's Laws of motion hold good. Hence there is no validity of these laws in non-inertial frame like accelerated one.

Non inertial frame of reference. Ex :rotating disc about an axis.

We need to introduce fictitious force in accelerated frame. All laws of newton are right at that time..the mistake by newton is that...he didn't used frame of reference in his laws.

The first law because it specifically deals with bodies in rest or uniform motion only where as the other two laws apply to a force which will always contain an accelerated frame of reference.
