Can we teach online using Skype? Or white board compulsory ? Please tell the process.

Yes, you can use Skype or Google+ for online teaching, white board is not required.

Mathematics teacher

White board gives you real learning experience. Tutor will be working on the whiteboard. You can also work out on the whiteboard. Its just like your notebook. That's preferred. However, with out that also, can be managed using other modes.

This thing will entirely depend on the student and teacher. If teacher can able to explain the things comfortable way n student can able to understand it, then what is the exact need of white board. That is just a teaching aid not the primary thing as per as my knowledge is concern

Yes, we can teach online topics using Skype but it would be better if white board is used as is the case with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry etc where it will be nice if white board is used since 'graphics' will be better to drive concepts home
