Iodine is a bulky atom which makes the iodoform molecule very large. Hence there is strong van der Waal's force of attraction between the molecules which makes it solid. Chlorine is relatiely smaller...so vdW force is weaker...hence a liquid.

London Dispersion Forces are strong due to higher polarizing ability, if molecules are bigger. As Iodine is bigger than other halogens, the outer most electrons can be easily dispersed and polarized. Thus iodoform is solid at room temperature.
