How can we improve our spoken english ?

Write on any topic you want to  in Hindi at  your notebook. Then translate it  in ur own words in English. Use Google translator , (English to Hindi translator) Read it. Whatever you want to write Is this the same thing . 

Correct your mistakes my ur self . Because nothing is better than self improvement.

Yes. I think I speak for everyone before me who answered here when I say that you need to speak with someone to get it alright.

Underconfident? Join a club or coaching where there are beginners like you so that mistakes are common and much less uncomfortable; the journey will be very pleasureable.

Practice makes a man perfect. Read as much as you can, as this helps in gaining knowledge as well as improves you English. Also whenever speaking a language one should think in that language rather than translating it from the language you know because translating in your mind takes time and thus stops you from being eloquent.

If we want speak any language perfectly we need to regularly listen to that language. This is called "Learn Like Chiled" method. The new born baby just listen the words of parents and the baby try to speak words very slowly ( may be after six months he/she will say mama , dada like that and after one year it he/she tries to form sentences of 2 to 4 word sentences). In this method we don't feel stress of learning a language. If we can hear a language regularly for one hour to two hours daily like listening to some short stories news and interviews etc. we improve our speaking skills with out any burden. The grammar books won't help you in spoken English (don't touch them). No need to go to  any Spoken English coaching center it's a waste of money. If you want more inspiration about this method check some youtube videos of guides at Tajmahal,even though they don't go to school they speak fluent English without any grammatical mistakes.
