You have to start with the basics of grammar. You can start with reading books. Everyone says reading of lesson is the must. Again start watching English movies with subtitles. Read grammar basics and don't forget to use dictionary. Approach any friend or someone who can speak fluent English because you can read by yourself but you need someone who can guide you if you make any mistakes in grammatical portion otherwise you will not figure it out where did you got wrong.
