Parents should be very conscious towards the eating habits of their kids and children because in the childhood they never know and decide their good or bad so it is parents who are fully responsible for the good or bad eating habits among their kids. They should train their kids about eating habits from childhood and make them clear about the differences between healthy and junk foods.
It is less nutritional and harmful to the body systems. Most of junk foods contain high level of saturated fats, sugar, salt and bad cholesterol which are toxin to the health. They become lack of dietary fibers so easily get involve in causing constipation and other digestive disorders. In the age of fast food, obesity is the most common problem. Junk foods are loaded with lots of fat, sugar, calories, salt and carbs and therefore not all healthy. Eating excessive amount of junk food leads to obesity and malnutrition. It also cuts down the energy levels of the body. Junk foods have gained so much popularity because of the nice taste and easy to cook. There are many readymade junk foods available in the market packed in the polybags. Most of the people are depend on such readymade foods because of their busy schedule or they do not know to cook food at home.So finally I would like to say the fast-food means unhealthy person, unhealthy lifestyle and an overall unhealthy body.
So if you care about the health then SAY NO TO FAST FOOD and prefer home made food and live a long healthy happy life without tension. Health is one of the most important aspects of life which needs proper care and proper attention to live a happy life.
Eating less or no junk food will help this issue. If companies see that their sales are going down, then they’ll stop making junk food. Also, kids can protest against junk food selling companies. On the other hand, if no action is taken, more people will get unfit and unhealthy. Avoiding junk food will prevent our society from becoming obese, suffer from diseases, and die.
