Best Novel depends on the genre of the reader. In my opinion "Thousand Splendid Suns" by Khaled Hosenni is the best novel as it explains the social structure back then in Afghanistan, women , breaking the barriers. Thought process of a child. It covered almost all the aspects of a woman's life.
