• Genetic Engineering- this branch of modern science is used to produce genetically modified plants which will be wide yielding variety and will also show resistance to disease and pest
• Scientific Crop Management Practice- Which involves superior irrigation facilities, use of fertilizer containing both micro and macronutrient in an appropriate amount and protecting the crop from pest and insects.
