Yes, She finds her teacher very different from the people at home. At home, nobody cares for Bholi. Even her mother thinks her to be a burden. But her teacher shows great love and sympathy for her. She speaks to her softly. She fills her heart with new hope and a new life.

She was given the right to choose while her parents were initially asked her to mary without giving her any choice to accept or reject the proposal or to give voice to her likes or dislikes. it was her teacher who made her realise her willingness to accept or reject logically. read less
