You being an average student in the past has got no bearing on you becoming a great teacher. In my experience I have seen all great teachers to be not being brilliant during their academic journey. Failure is a great teacher. And these great teachers have learnt how to avoid these pitfalls which did not let them succeed and they guide the students much better than their successful peers of the past. read less
