Perimeter of circle

The area of a semi circle is the total space inside the semi circle.

If radius of the circle = r

Then, Area of the circle = (1/2)xπr2 sqare units

Here, π=22/7=3.14 aproximately

Ex:-

radius of the circle = r = 14cm

Area of the semi circle = (1/2)xπr2

= 1/2(22/7)x14x14

=11x2x14

=308 cm2
