I have a strong background in yoga therapy, with training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga. Currently, I am pursuing my M.Sc in Yoga from Annamalai University, which is helping me deepen my understanding of both the practical and therapeutic aspects of yoga.
I completed a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, where I gained hands-on experience in conducting yoga sessions, posture correction, session planning, and guiding students of different skill levels. I also trained under Pujya Shri Swami Rithdev Ji Maharaj through the Patanjali Yoga Association, where I learned advanced yoga techniques along with diet and nutrition concepts for overall health.
I am also skilled in Shatkarma practices such as Jala Neti, Sutra Neti, and Dhauti, along with pranayama and therapeutic breathing techniques. In addition, I served as a judge in the District Yogasana Championship and hold a State Level Certified Judge certification from Yogasana Bharat.Worked As a Yoga Instructor in the Yogandhra Programme,conducted yoga sessions in both urban and rural communities.
Apart from teaching, I actively participated in International Ashtanga Yoga workshops and women’s wellness programs, which enhanced my practical and theoretical knowledge of yoga. My strengths include yoga therapy, therapeutic practices, breathing techniques, session planning, diet and nutrition guidance, and promoting mental and physical well-being through yoga.
