Hello!
I, Jude C. J., am an educator by profession, a mentor by responsibility, and a lifelong learner by choice. With a degree in English and a passion for shaping young minds, I serve as the Head of the English Department at Mary Matha School, Kherdi, Chiplun. I have been actively involved in teaching and academic guidance, particularly within the Maharashtra State Board curriculum, helping students not merely learn English, but discover the confidence to express themselves.
My classroom is not limited by four walls. Whether through school teaching, home tuition, or online guidance, I believe education is a bridge between where a student stands today and where they are capable of reaching tomorrow. I have experience in lesson planning, academic coordination, curriculum implementation, examination preparation, departmental leadership, and creating engaging learning experiences for students.
My key strengths include English language teaching, communication, creative writing, public speaking, academic planning, content development, student mentoring, and educational administration. I take particular interest in making learning lively and meaningful rather than allowing education to become a burden of memorisation.
Beyond academics, I am a curious explorer of technology, gadgets, photography, automobiles, motorcycles, and creative problem-solving. This combination of literature and technology gives my personality two wings—one that appreciates the beauty of words and another that constantly seeks practical solutions.
As an educator, I believe a teacher should not merely fill a student's mind with information; a teacher should light a lamp that continues to burn even after the lesson has ended. My goal is to help learners develop confidence, curiosity, communication skills, and the ability to think independently.
I am committed, adaptable, technologically aware, and deeply interested in continuous self-improvement. I value sincerity, creativity, discipline, and innovation, and I strive to bring these qualities into every classroom, project, and responsibility entrusted to me.
