Astavacra Yoga is seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Yoga Trainer, you will lead online yoga classes, create engaging content, and guide students on their wellness journeys. This role requires a strong commitment to the holistic teachings of yoga, excellent communication skills, and a desire to inspire others through mindful practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead live online yoga classes (group and private sessions) across various styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Ashtanga, etc.
Design and develop yoga programs and workshops tailored to different skill levels and needs.
Provide modifications and adjustments for students of varying abilities.
Offer personalized guidance to students to help them reach their wellness goals.
Develop engaging and insightful content for pre-recorded classes, videos, and wellness resources.
Foster a supportive and inclusive online community.
Stay updated with yoga trends, techniques, and best practices.
Maintain a professional, calm, and encouraging online presence.
Assist with student inquiries, feedback, and troubleshooting during classes.
Qualifications:

Certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour or higher) with a focus on Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, or other yoga styles.
Previous experience teaching yoga online or in-person is preferred.
Deep understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and alignment.
Ability to teach students of various levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate students.
Comfortable working with technology and conducting virtual classes through video conferencing tools.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized, with the ability to manage schedules and handle administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in meditation or mindfulness practices.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation.
