Start with learning parts of speech, understand and practice them well, then learn the tenses that will be required to speak and write properly, these basics will help in a long run: intially write short sentences, train yourself well on that later write complicated and lengthier sentences

The practice is the only key, whenever you get to speak with a person who can communicate in English as well, reply or talk in English. Don't fear to make mistakes while speaking in English, no one can learn without errors, it's just a process of learning. Consider yourself a teacher and imagine that you are in a classroom and try to explain a favourite topic of yours in English, which is very helpful in correcting yourself while speaking. You can also talk with your family members in English. Never stop practising, keep trying, all the best
