A perfect example of how ‘Fix Teaching Not Students’ is completely ignored here. When the student count was low, issues raised to Head Jacob were handled with patience and responsibility. There was an effort to resolve problems, and it felt like students actually mattered. Now, with increased admissions, the reality is very different. A genuine concern was raised about Class 10 CBSE Chemistry teaching, as students were unable to understand the concepts clearly. Instead of improving the teaching or supporting students, the management’s immediate solution was to suggest a fee refund. So the approach is simple now—don’t fix the teaching, just remove the student who raises the concern. Problem solved. This clearly shows that as numbers increase, accountability disappears. Quality of education takes a backseat, and student concerns are treated as inconveniences. Parents expecting real teaching quality and responsible management should seriously think twice before enrolling.”
