I have worked with children, students, working professionals, entrepreneurs, and families across the country to solve their challenges they face in different walks of their life. How do I solve their challenges? I solve their challenges not by knowing the history of it and prescribing solutions to it. Instead with the technology of Neuro Linguistics and Excellence Installation that I have mastered over 4 years and still continuing to, I find out from them in so called casual conversations, what happens at an unconscious level of their thought process rather than just going by what they perceive as the problem for which they seek a solution. The art of doing a sustained change work lies in finding out the real problem. Once I find out the real problem then I solve it for them by installing certain superior capabilities that they need to handle the situation and solve the problem themselves. I have worked with over 400 individuals in almost all walks of life and coached them for getting what they want by decoding their structure of thoughts that is instrumental to change their belief systems that limits them, coach them to sort out their internal resources and change certain existing behaviors and install new behaviors. My travel to various countries like Spain, USA, Srilanka, etc sowed the seeds to my multi-dimensional approach. In Nov'15 I was recognized by the NLP Revolution Magazine as one of the leading change practitioners of Excellence Installations in India.
