Suryalakshmi

I am an architect who graduated from the School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University in 2020. Along with my professional career, I have a strong interest in teaching and communication.

I previously worked as a teacher at MRM International CBSE School where I taught English and EVS for Grades 1–3 and Computer Science for Grades 5–6. During my time there, I also hosted and delivered the commentary for the school’s Annual Day event, which strengthened my public speaking and communication abilities.

My classroom experience helped me understand how students build language skills step-by-step. I now focus on teaching English for Grade 9 students, covering English Literature, grammar, writing skills, reading comprehension, and Spoken English.

My approach focuses on clarity, structured explanation, and active student participation. I help students analyse literature, improve vocabulary, develop strong writing skills, and communicate their ideas confidently. Lessons are interactive and adapted to the student’s learning pace.

My aim is not only to help students perform well in exams but also to help them develop confidence in reading, writing, and speaking English effectively.
