I teach students from Classes 6 to 8, covering all major subjects except Tamil, with a focus on the CBSE and IB curricula. With 6 years of teaching experience, I’ve worked closely with learners in this age group, helping them strengthen their academic foundation and build confidence in their abilities. Whether it's Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, or English, I strive to make each subject engaging and understandable. Though I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E.), my interest in academics and mentoring led me to the field of teaching. My technical background has equipped me with a problem-solving mindset and a systematic approach, which I now apply in my classroom sessions. Over the years, I’ve realized that teaching is not just about delivering lessons—it’s about guiding students at their pace, nurturing curiosity, and making learning enjoyable. My teaching style is interactive, concept-focused, and adaptable to different learning needs. I primarily use students’ own school textbooks to stay aligned with their curriculum, but I also provide additional support materials, including practice questions, notes, and assignments. Regular tests are part of my routine to assess progress and revise challenging topics. I believe in encouraging students to ask questions and helping them arrive at answers through exploration and logical thinking.
In my sessions, I make use of PPTs, educational videos, and visual aids to break down complex topics and make abstract ideas more tangible. This has proven especially helpful for visual learners and helps maintain student engagement throughout the lesson. Whether it’s simplifying a tough Math problem or explaining a Science concept through real-world applications, I always aim for clarity and understanding. I prefer conducting my classes online, as it allows for flexible scheduling and access to a wide range of digital resources. I offer both individual attention and small group sessions, depending on what works best for the student. Every class is planned with specific objectives and outcomes, ensuring that no time is wasted and each concept is thoroughly covered. Seeing my students grow academically and become more confident in their abilities has been the most fulfilling part of my journey. Many of them have made significant improvements, and I’m proud to have played a part in their progress. As an educator, I am committed to continuous learning myself—always updating my methods, embracing new tools, and staying attuned to each learner’s unique path.
