For beginners, I focus on building confidence, teaching basic aerobic steps, posture, and coordination. I break down movements into simple, easy-to-follow patterns and gradually increase intensity to avoid injury and ensure consistency. For intermediate and advanced participants, I design high-energy routines that combine cardio endurance, strength, and flexibility. I incorporate variations such as step aerobics, dance aerobics, and interval-based training to keep sessions dynamic and challenging. I also ensure proper warm-up and cool-down routines, including stretching and breathing exercises, to promote recovery and prevent muscle strain. I emphasize rhythm and music selection as a key part of my teaching. I carefully choose music that matches the pace and intensity of the workout, helping participants stay motivated and maintain timing. I also provide continuous verbal cues and demonstrations so everyone can follow along comfortably. Safety is a priority in my classes. I constantly monitor participants’ form and provide corrections when needed. I also suggest modifications for those with injuries or physical limitations, ensuring inclusivity in every session. In addition to physical training, I encourage a positive and motivating environment. I regularly track participants’ progress, provide feedback, and inspire them to stay committed to their fitness goals.
