Counselling Psychologist specialized in life Skill Development training, Therapeutic Art Life Coaching & Counselling in and around Chennai city. She does Guest lecturing for social work & Psychology students at colleges. She is also involved in Employee Mental health Services for MNCs. She has given life skill training for juveniles. She has worked as a Child Development Trainer focusing on life skills during the pandemic. She also worked as a Behaviour Therapist for children with Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disability Learning Difficulties. She has a wide range of experiences with various disadvantaged Children's Communities such as slums, school-dropped kids, child labour, community college students, and abandoned street children. She also extends her services to NGOs.

She spreads her knowledge, skills, practical strategies and insights to the student community of psychology, social work, MBA and other public health service-related fields to create " effective skilled helper” in the community.
She applies the Skilled Helper Model - The Person-centred model, CBT, and NLP. Her approaches are through personal development and self-awareness training.
