IdentityI am a professionally trained artist with a strong foundation in both classical dance and music, having completed my training from Kalakshetra and holding a Master’s degree in Performing Arts. I am also a Doordarshan B-Grade Artist. Academically, I have successfully cleared the UGC NET examination and have qualified for Ph.D. level research, demonstrating my in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of performing arts.
With several years of teaching experience, I have trained students across diverse age groups and skill levels. I have worked as a faculty member at Stars Music Institute, Sharjah, and have also conducted classes in reputed schools across Chennai. Currently, I run my own online classes for both dance and music, catering to students in India and abroad. My classes are structured, engaging, and tailored to individual learning needs, focusing on technique, theory, and performance.
My training has given me a strong foundation in technique, discipline, and expression, which I bring into every class. I focus on helping students build confidence, body control, and a clear understanding of movements by breaking down each step in a simple and structured way.
My goal is not just to teach dance, but to help students develop rhythm, expression, and stage confidence in a supportive and engaging environment.
