I train students in both classical dance and academic subjects related to the BBA program, with a particular focus on Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship. With 9 years of experience in my fields, including 4 years in teaching, I strive to offer a unique blend of creativity and academic insight. My goal is to make each session educational, engaging, and relevant to real-world applications.

Academically, I hold a PhD and have specialized knowledge in HR and Entrepreneurship. These subjects are not only part of my academic background but also areas I’m deeply passionate about. My teaching is designed to help students think critically, apply concepts practically, and build strong foundational knowledge that can be applied in business settings.

My journey in dance has been equally enriching. I have undergone 9 years of formal classical dance training and have performed on various prestigious stages. Dance for me is not just a skill but a form of expression, discipline, and confidence-building. I have trained students of different age groups, helping them develop grace, rhythm, and self-expression.

I follow a lesson plan-based approach in all my sessions—academic or dance—and ensure each class is structured and purpose-driven. I conduct online sessions and utilize various digital tools such as PowerPoint presentations and educational videos to make the sessions more interactive and immersive for students.

My classes are designed to spark curiosity and involvement. I encourage students to ask questions, participate in discussions, and apply what they learn through mini-projects and real-life examples. This approach has helped students grasp complex ideas with ease and stay motivated throughout the learning process.

What drives me the most is the visible growth in my students—whether it’s mastering a dance posture or presenting a flawless business plan. I believe that learning should never be monotonous, and I always aim to keep my classes filled with energy, purpose, and joy.
