Hi Mr. Susheel. As suggested by others you will have to pratice the Phonetics based on each alphabets in English Language. For start up you can concentrate on pronunciation of alphabets viz., W, V and R. If you modulate the pronuncation of these alphabets in the right way you will see the wonder of your MTI being thrown away gradually.

Mr. Chandan, you may have to come out of this so called hestiation. This hesitation grabs you cause your fluency level may be less. Fluency level decresases cause of inproper pratice and not keeping in touch with language. Talk with someone who is good in english or atleast understands english to keep up the frequency of your pratice. All the best
