I am here to help you and guide you become a fit dancer. I am professionally trained in Bharathnatyam and I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I have different techniques and methods, and I also concentrate in body fitness, yoga and meditation. My over all aim is to create healthy people with a wonderful soul. My classes usually have a laid out syllabus, weekly assignments and monthly assessments. I have worked in this field for 5+ years and my classes also include modules on facial expressions, make up techniques, Surya Namaskar, Chandra Namaskar, breathing techniques, Saree draping and core exercises.
