Teaching Experience in detail in Vocal Music classes
I teach from the beginning, that is, the Introduction to Music, Origin etc. Sound and Voice training with scales, then on to the main course from Sarali Varisai onwards. I also teach Akaram, Ikaram etc. I don't just stick to Music. I teach breathing exercises, necessary yoga breath control, voice control and the relevant Theory. I conduct Periodic Tests after completing each step to assess the student as to how he or she has learned and understood before going further. I also teach Light Classical Bhajans and Light Music Film Songs and their nuances in major languages.
