My name is Ritha Epsiba, and I am a dedicated Mathematics teacher with over six years of experience at CBSE school. Throughout my career, I have consistently worked to create meaningful learning experiences for students while supporting the professional growth of fellow educators. I have developed strong skills in lesson planning, differentiated instruction, classroom management, and the use of innovative teaching strategies.

Since 2017, I have been actively involved in framing the global curriculum, year plans, and lesson plans up to Grade 7, as well as planning activities that align with learning objectives. Training and mentoring teachers is one of my core strengths, and I have conducted various sessions on classroom management, pre-knowledge assessments, learner identification, mental well-being, and effective online teaching during the COVID-19 period.

In addition to teaching, I have taken on leadership roles such as Academic In-charge for Grades 4 and 5, Assembly Coordinator, and facilitator for new faculty orientation programs. My academic background includes a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, along with a Bachelor of Education, supported by a research thesis on Neighbourly Irregular Graphs.
