Rajalakshmi

I am a Counselling Psychologist with a strong background in working with young people and professionals to help them develop the skills they need to grow both personally and professionally. I hold an MSc in Counselling Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore.

Over the past few years, I have gained experience through more than 600 supervised hours of counselling practice. I have worked with adolescents, college students, and young professionals, supporting them in building confidence, managing challenges, and improving their communication and interpersonal skills. My professional journey has given me the opportunity to work in schools, colleges, NGOs, and multinational companies, where I have facilitated individual counselling sessions, group therapy, and interactive workshops.
