Mr. Ravi contacted us directly. Being Hindi speaking person, he impressed us by frank talks. His fee demand was too high. We agreed for 2 students with assurance for a third one to reduce the total fee for each student. He was infrequent, untimely from the beginning itself. But students were comfortable so we continued. For 3m there were only 2 students. Then he started showing his attitude. Then he started demanding fee in advance. He demanded fee hike since 3rd student is not coming. We informed him that there was no fee reduction for 2 students it was for us to get 3rd student to be cost effective. Also, he was not able to teach science and hence extra fee is not justified. He started skipping classes and then teach every day just to cover number of teaching hours. He used to stop teaching within seconds of his time up (Height of professionalism, that too in teaching profession). He was on leave in past month. Students were going to have exams and they were lagging due to his absenteeism. We asked him to be little punctual and extra focus to prepare for exams. Next day he texts and informs that he has got new tuition with higher fee and hence he will not come henceforth. This kind of tutors are a shame for the profession. Please be away from him.
