"I liked it Acknowledge each teacher’s strengths and areas of improvement instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach. Keep discussions centered on ways to improve individual teachers’ classroom-level abilities rather than spotlighting things about their personalities. Provide specific feedback, mentioning particular areas needing improvement or instances of effective teaching practices. While generic statements like “Good job” may sound positive, they hardly call the teacher’s attention to maintain or improve any specific teaching practice. Encourage two-way communication with teachers, giving room for open discussions where they can seek clarifications, share their views, and participate in their professional growth. Give timely feedback to allow teachers to reflect on their practices and make adjustments while the classroom experience is still fresh in their minds."

"She is the best teacher I can say from the experience I have had to date! Her way of teaching, explaining, and clearing the fundamentals from the root is exceptional. Reyansh loves the way she teaches and is always interested to take up the classes with her. I would recommend Padma Mam if anyone is in need of tutors for their kids since She is the best choice ever! "

It has its own significance, as now a day sit is spoken by a number of people in India as well as outside India. Many exams are conducted in Hindi to make it easier for the people who know only this language, thus making the horizon of Hindi vast.

Both the languages are derived from common factors (Indo-Aryan language). They both share many similar terms of grammar and vocabulary.

Hindi language is derived from Sanskrit, as far as we can understand Khari Boli (a western hindi dialect, by Amir Khusro) was the spoken, which was originated in Delhi in early 16th to mid 18th century during Mughal period.

This was absorbed and came to be used as lingua franca. Hindustani was promoted by the British which arose the colloquial among Hindus which derives is vocabulary from Devnagari script.

As it came to rise during Mughal period, it consists many words of Devnagari, persian and urdu
