Holding a Master's degree in Human Resources (MHRM), an MBA, and an MPhil, I have always been passionate about teaching and helping students reach their full potential. Throughout my career, I have worked with two prestigious colleges, Anna Adarsh and BGDV College. I have also provided home tuition for students up to the seventh grade.
As an educator, I focus on teaching students from grades first to eighth in all subjects, catering to students from different boards of education. Furthermore, I specialise in teaching commerce subjects to students in the eleventh and twelfth grades, offering personalised home tuitions. My teaching hours are from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and each session lasts two hours.
To ensure effective learning, I design comprehensive lesson plans aligning with the curriculum requirements and students' needs. I incorporate engaging teaching techniques and utilise visual aids such as PowerPoint presentations (PPT) to facilitate better understanding and knowledge retention. Moreover, I regularly conduct tests to assess the student's progress and identify areas that require additional attention.
My approach to teaching is student-centred, as I believe in creating a supportive and interactive learning environment. I encourage students to actively participate in discussions, ask questions, and express their thoughts. By fostering a positive classroom atmosphere, I strive to instil confidence in my students and encourage their intellectual growth.
