Shreya

Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible experience. Nancy agreed to conduct the classes but abruptly moved to Dubai and cancelled without a proper transition. She clearly committed to refunding the balance amount for the unused sessions yet has failed to do so despite multiple follow-ups. Her complete lack of response, accountability, and basic courtesy is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on her professionalism. This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise others to avoid enrolling with her.
