I am Nagalingam, a passionate Mathematics educator with more than 30 years of teaching experience in the CBSE curriculum. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to helping students from Classes 9 to 12 develop a strong understanding of Mathematics and achieve academic excellence. As a retired Vice Principal and Mathematics teacher from a reputed CBSE school in Chennai, I bring a wealth of teaching expertise, leadership experience, and student mentoring skills to every class I conduct.

My academic qualifications include a Master of Science (M.Sc.), M.Phil., and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), which have provided me with a strong foundation in both subject knowledge and teaching methodology. These qualifications, combined with decades of classroom experience, have enabled me to effectively guide students through various mathematical concepts, ranging from fundamental principles to advanced problem-solving techniques. I strongly believe that Mathematics becomes easier and more enjoyable when taught with clarity, logic, and practical understanding.

During my tenure in school education, I had the opportunity to teach thousands of students and contribute to their academic growth. Along with teaching Mathematics, I also served in administrative leadership roles as a Vice Principal, where I gained valuable insights into student development, academic planning, and educational management. This experience has helped me understand the diverse learning needs of students and adopt teaching strategies that cater to different learning styles and abilities.

Over the years, I have successfully taught Classes 9 and 10 CBSE students, helping them build strong conceptual foundations and perform exceptionally well in board examinations. In addition to classroom teaching, I have guided numerous students through home tuition and personalized coaching. These one-on-one interactions have allowed me to provide focused attention, identify individual learning gaps, and create customized study plans that help students improve their confidence and performance.

My teaching approach is based on a structured lesson plan that ensures systematic coverage of the syllabus while maintaining conceptual clarity. I emphasize understanding the logic behind every formula and method rather than encouraging rote learning. Each topic is explained step by step, followed by extensive practice, problem-solving sessions, and exam-oriented preparation. I regularly provide assignments that I prepare personally to strengthen students’ understanding and help them gain mastery over the subject.

I conduct both online and offline classes and make effective use of PPT presentations and digital whiteboards to create engaging and interactive learning sessions. Visual explanations, worked examples, practice exercises, and continuous doubt-clearing sessions form an integral part of my teaching methodology. I encourage students to ask questions freely and actively participate in discussions so that they develop confidence in applying mathematical concepts independently.

These awards reflect my commitment to teaching excellence and my dedication to shaping the academic futures of students over the past three decades.
