My role demanded exceptional spoken English skills — explaining complex issues, resolving complaints, de-escalating angry customers, and providing step-by-step solutions over the phone with clarity and professionalism. I consistently achieved top CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores and was awarded the prestigious Metal Award for Best Performance twice for maintaining outstanding communication standards and First Contact Resolution. I have successfully guided customers through problem-solving conversations, account-related queries, order issues, and fraud-related matters using precise, polite, and effective spoken English. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science & Engineering from Anna University (2011) and an MBA in Systems Management from Madras University (2013). In my professional career as Senior Resolution Coordinator at Groupon India and Client Service Representative for Amazon.co.uk, I worked extensively with multiple computer systems and software tools simultaneously. I handled high-volume customer support operations using CRM platforms like Zendesk and BoldChat, fraud detection systems such as Cybersource, Adyen, and Orbital, along with MS Office tools and ticketing systems. My daily responsibilities involved navigating complex databases, managing multiple applications, troubleshooting technical issues for customers, processing orders, updating accounts, and resolving technical queries efficiently. I applied logical problem-solving and analytical skills learned during my Computer Science education to detect fraudulent transactions, ensure data accuracy, and maintain system compliance. I also actively participated in Kaizen continuous improvement meetings, where I identified workflow enhancements that improved operational efficiency across teams.
