I pursued my theological education in institutions where English is the primary medium of instruction, shaping my academic fluency and professional communication. My Master's thesis was researched, written, and defended in English, and I have published three peer-reviewed articles that reflect my commitment to scholarly excellence and theological inquiry. For the past four years, I have served as an Assistant Professor at Hindustan Bible Institute & College, Chennai, where I teach New Testament Greek, Biblical Hebrew, and exegetical subjects entirely in English. This role has sharpened my skills in academic writing, student mentorship, and interdisciplinary teaching while allowing me to engage with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. I also hold a TEFL/TESOL 120-hour certificate, which has enhanced my ability to teach English to non-native speakers and to facilitate effective cross-cultural communication in academic settings. My research draws on literary criticism and Greco-Roman literature to illuminate biblical texts. I am currently working on a book titled A Literary Critical Reading of the Gospel of Mark as Greek Tragedy, which brings together my interests in Scripture, classical literature, and dramatic art. This project aims to offer a fresh interpretive lens on the Gospel narrative, grounded in textual rigor and creative literary analysis.
