Normally objects are measured with scalar quality such as mass, length, height etc.
Vectors add direction to it's scalar specification.
For example a Rocket velocity is 2km /s scalar.
If we say a Rocket velocity is 2km/s in upward direction, then we mean it's Vector specification.
