I have had the opportunity to teach Chemistry at Sri Chaitanya Techno School, where I worked with students following the CBSE and NEET-integrated curriculum. During this time, I realized that many students find Chemistry overwhelming, so I made it a priority to break down complex topics into simple, relatable ideas. I always tried to create a classroom environment where students felt comfortable, engaged, and not afraid to ask questions. I also taught ICSE students at Pupil Saveetha Eco School, where I focused on helping them truly understand the fundamentals rather than just memorize concepts. I enjoyed guiding students step by step and seeing their confidence grow as they began to grasp the subject more clearly. For me, teaching is not just about completing the syllabus, but about connecting with students and understanding their learning pace. I make an effort to explain concepts patiently, use examples they can relate to, and support them through regular doubt-clearing sessions. It has been very rewarding to see students who once struggled with Chemistry start to feel more confident and perform better. And i was also promoted to be as Head of the Chemistry department and member of exam cell based on my subject strength and works i carried out in the institution Overall, my teaching experience has shaped me into a more empathetic and student-focused educator, and it continues to motivate me to make learning Chemistry a positive and meaningful experience for every student.
