I have the experience of teaching English to various groups of students ranging from first generation scholars of villages to students of an International School and students of an Anglo-Indian School. I am good in teaching English Language, Grammar, Literature and Communicative Skills. I have worked as a Part-Time Faculty in a few Communication Enrichment Programmes. I have held Administrative posts in the institutions of a reputed group of schools in Chennai. I have been working as the Head of the English Department in St.Bede’s Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School, Santhome, Chennai – 04 since 2001 and I have retired in May 2012 from the Tamil Nadu Government Service. I have been in charge of organizing extracurricular activities, inter school competitions and all functions and celebrations such as Annual Day, Sports Day, Science Day, etc in the schools I have worked and also in St.Bede’s from where I have retired. I have worked as the Principal in Sunbeam Matriculation School, Neelankarai, Chennai from 2016 to 2018. I have been working as a Freelance English Language Trainer coaching scholars for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE and other competitive examinations.
