I have thirteen years of working experience in the Industry and with an educational institution as an associate, then a senior support engineer, Team leader, Placement officer, and trainer, has allowed me to grow and develop professionally a good performer and personally a successful leader. Much of my previous work experience has been in customer service, and the tools and techniques I have learned from this industry transfer directly to the skills which are indispensably irrefutable, including effective written and verbal communication, facilitating group discussions, problem-solving, developing rapport, organizing, meeting goals, and managing groups. No matter where I have been, I have produced topnotch work because I am dedicated to making sure each piece stands out from the crowd.
